Recent Projects

Nancy Selvage works in response to the character and context of an actual or imagined site, with the need to enhance awareness, transform experience, and discover new visual, spatial, and kinesthetic means of expression.

She explores the convergence of actual, implied, and symbolic content to order to look more intensely and coalesce moments of clarity from the complexity of experience. Investigative tools include the transformative nature of clay, the camera, and illusive, ephemeral interactions of light with mirrored reflections and perforated sheet metal.
